Ethiopia Enterprise Development Conducts Training on Government Service Management Reform

EED (Addis Ababa, January 1, 2025)

The Ethiopia Enterprise Development (EED) has launched a training program for its leadership and staff focused on the implementation of Government Service Management Reform. The training aims to support the institution’s ongoing efforts to translate the government’s reform directives into effective and practical action.

Speaking at the opening of the training, Deputy Director General of EED, Mr. Paulos Berga, stated that the institution is undertaking a range of initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of the reform agenda. He emphasized that the training was designed to enhance employees’ understanding of manufacturing industry service management reform implementation, as well as to familiarize them with upcoming plans.

Mr. Pawlos further noted that the success of the reform depends largely on the active participation of employees. He called on staff members to fully benefit from the training by strengthening their knowledge and providing informed, knowledge-based support to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of the reform efforts.
